Some of the benefits of exercise for prenatal and postnatal clients are more energy during pregnancy, reduced stress and anxiety, quicker recovery from birth, fewer complications in pregnancy, shorter labor time & increased self esteem. However, it is important to monitor and adjust exercise programs according to each woman's symptoms, discomforts and abilities during pregnancy. Following the guideline provided by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) I will design safe and effective exercise plans for you that will help you stay active during and after your pregnancy.
Post-rehabilitation is designed for clients with various limitations recovering from a variety of injuries, disease and/or treatments. It is a bridge between rehabilitation and an active and functional life! The medical professional help you heal; However, that is just the beginning! No matter why you needed the rehabilitation, I will help you get stronger and more functional!
